I've always found the staff to be incredibly polite whenever I call to place an order, and their food is consistently delicious. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time now, and I've never encountered any issues with their service or the quality of their food. While I'm sure there are probably better Chinese food spots in New York, for now, this place meets all my needs with its good customer service, prompt delivery, and reasonable prices.
