While driving through the mountains, the charming exterior and bustling crowd of this coffee shop caught my eye, and the owner's warm hospitality-especially his care for our dogs-set a welcoming tone from the start. Inside, the cozy ambiance paired perfectly with a diverse menu featuring solid coffee options, tasty pastries, and hearty soups, though my latte missed the mark on my custom order. Despite a few grumpy staff moments, the quick service, fair prices, and inviting atmosphere made it a reliable stop I'd gladly revisit on future trips.

If I could give a negative 5.0 stars, then I would. Upon entering the cafe, an employee was sweeping the floor & saw that me & my sister were trying to get to the ordering counter. He knew that we were there, and aggressively swept dust & dirt at us REPEATEDLY from different angles. We both were extremely shocked about this guy behaving this way. He was EXTREMELY rude. My sister left me at the counter to use the restroom & as I was ordering, the guy continued to sweep dirt at me & even caught my shoe with the broom. He never apologized. None of the other two employees(guy with red hair & girl with long black hair) even spoke up to tell the guy to be mindful. They didn't seem to even care what was going on. As I waited for my coffee, the "aggressive sweeper" came close to me & aggressively swept under a decorative shelf, almost knocking a vase over. He then proceeded to literally slam the vase down on another counter. Needless to say, we were extremely pissed off by all of the employees. It was my first time there, & I had always wanted to stop by & get coffee. Knowing how they treat customers who are NICE, I will never recommend them & will never go there again.

I am a 55 yr old Dad and Grandfather with a compromised voice and respiratory issues. Even with this I try to were a mask. When I had to move in closer so the girl could hear my order the manager came and made a huge seen. He made no effort to hear me and kicked me out in front of my whole family. Very unprofessional and embarrassing.
