I discovered this new hotpot spot in Beaverton and it's a refreshing change from our usual go-to. The noodles were incredibly soft and delicious, and the option to choose between spicy or non-spicy soup was a nice touch. Despite having only one waitress, the service was quick and friendly when we celebrated my friend's birthday there last September. The decor of the restaurant was lovely, and I'm looking forward to returning with my family.
