The Challis Roadhouse offers an inviting atmosphere, especially in the summer when you can enjoy sitting outside by the open bar window, savoring incredible dishes like the French dip or the mushroom Swiss chicken burger. With friendly bartenders, delicious food, live local music, and excellent service, it quickly became a favorite stop after long drives or community events, leaving me eager to return.

I love this cozy hometown hangout, especially in the summer when you can enjoy the open window by the bar and chill at the picnic table outside. The French dip here is absolutely delicious, never disappointed with a meal! The vibe is awesome, and they even have live local music - had a blast with Travis Hardy and The Boys!
