My fiancí© wanted a pack of cigarettes, but we ended up having to buy a whole carton unexpectedly. The staff at the store were not willing to offer any deals or compromises, leaving us feeling frustrated. Despite this, we found another store a little further away, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise with exceptional customer service.
