Driving through Alliance, my youngest son's excitement about the bakery led us to stop and try a chocolate croissant, cheese danish, and NY cheesecake, all of which were absolutely delicious with friendly service in a clean, spacious setting. After tasting many options for our wedding cake, we chose Alliance Bakery because they embraced our unique vision, provided helpful and professional support throughout, and delivered a stunning cake that guests are still raving about.
