Erikson's offers incredibly rich and creamy ice cream with a huge variety of unique flavors that you won't find elsewhere. The generous portions and friendly, welcoming atmosphere make each visit a special experience, whether you're trying classic favorites or adventurous combinations like maple walnut with caramel sauce. Living in Boston, I often drive out to Stow just to enjoy their delicious ice cream and appreciate the local, family-owned tradition that dates back to the 1930s.

This ice cream shop in Massachusetts offers a wide array of rich and unique flavors that are not commonly found elsewhere. The portion sizes are generous, so be sure to choose wisely to avoid struggling to finish. The Green Monster flavor, with its mint ice cream and mix-ins, is a personal favorite that I always look forward to enjoying.
