Sushi is my favorite food to review, but finding good sushi in Nashville has been a challenge. However, I discovered Hana, a small sushi joint with the best sushi in Nashville. Their fresh fish, particularly the tuna for sashimi or nigiri, is always reliable. The shrimp fried rice, or "crack rice," is a must-try, and their beef stir-fry udon is excellent as well.

We travel sometimes, and when away we eat healthy just like at home. At Hana we can relax, here it is quiet, we can hear ourselves converse, hear ourselves think, and the quality generally approaches that of the places we go like LA, NYC, Chicago, etc.
