After a day of ice climbing at Ouray Ice Park, nothing beats a spicy Mexican hot chocolate to warm up. The rich sweetness with a kick was just what I needed, especially when shared with friends. The staff at Mouse's was so welcoming, and I appreciated the variety of non-dairy options on the menu.
