Austin from guest services made it a breeze to switch our tickets to the fork n screen, and I can't remember the last time I had such great customer service! The loaded bacon tots were out of this world, and while the menu has its ups and downs, enjoying a movie with food like that is way better than rushing between dinner and the theater.
