Always poor service and management is very unprofessional. Recent visit customers wanted refund because food came out so slow. No apologies from the shift mgr. He only talked down to them for harassing his cashier. I saw this and they did not harass her. The mgr. proceeded to joke with his cook about being gay. He said he did not roll that way. Every time I go in there the food is always slow coming out, and the management is either on there cell phones and being rude to customers. The food is always excellent. That's the only reason I eat there. I use to eat there about twice a week. now it is only about once every two weeks. You need to send in some secret shoppers at lunch time and just after that time. I will probably stop eating at Hardees for now. Thanks for listening.
