You should absolutely give a refund if ypu do not keep your word on the time ..or not giving that person a call stating you are running behind...no word and a 1 1/2 wait.. is not acceptable....

Consistently delicious!!! We love the variety and Dessert By Kelly is our go to for special occasion cakes and pies!
Favorites are Chocolate Bomb, Pear Tart and Carrot cake! Would love to try others but we are so hooked on the favs! I guess we need an intervention!

I have been ordering from desserts by Kelly for years. Never disappointed til last week. The cake was not ready by time designated & had to wait another hour. We put our order in way ahead of time. It was expensive & should have been ready. On the other hand as usual it was delicious & will order in future.
