The owner, Rick, is a former SWT College Football player who was part of the back-to-back National Football Team in '81/82. Sowell's BBQ offers delicious food at a fair price, and the dining room exudes a charming small-town ambiance that I appreciate when passing through Three Rivers. The menu boasts a variety of options beyond BBQ, although the sliced brisket and homecooked beans stand out as exceptional choices.
