I visited Cafe Express for the first time last Friday morning and was impressed with the variety of options and the freshness of the food. My sandwich was delicious, and I definitely plan on returning soon. Cafe Express is now open to the public, previously only serving Aerojet and its tenants, and is conveniently located within walking distance of Folsom Lake Honda. The menu offers a great selection of sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees at reasonable prices, with fast and friendly service. The staff, led by Dave and Jackie, are welcoming, and the cookies are a must-try.
