The pho broth was rich and flavorful, while the crispy egg rolls were served piping hot. The service was efficient, and despite my usual preference for chili oil, the dish didn't need it. My family and I always enjoy dining at Pho Hoa, where the food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming.
