Driving through rural Kansas feeling hungry and skeptical about stopping in a tiny town, my family and I were warmly welcomed by friendly locals and attentive staff whose kindness, combined with fresh, homemade-tasting dishes like super stuffed omelets, biscuits and gravy, and melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon rolls, made for a delicious, satisfying meal in a spacious, clean setting with ample parking for big rigs, leaving us eager to return despite some minor restroom upkeep needs.
