I have eaten at so Italian restaurants in many cities and this has got to be the best hands down! The portions are very large and the service is fantastic. I have never been there when the place Ian' t crowded. They have a fantastic following. They serve an antipasta that is THE BEST! You will NOT find this anyplace but here. I love to put it on my salad......it's wonderful!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Food is good but prices are a little high for a place like this. Compared to fine dining in larger cities that have prices lower with authentic food also and from scratch.
Portions are not the same every time and at times can be sparse. The dinner salad is sad if you do not like the anti pasta. Sometimes they bring it with your salad and sometimes they charge you for it. You never know which seems strange.
They tend to run out of favorites which shows poor planning. Some of the staff is nice and some are extremely rude. Like the food, you just never know. Check to make sure your food is hot in the middle. Sorry but it is time these people realize they could use improvements.

Josie's is a superb dining experience. We live in Washington, DC, but Josie's is still our favorite. The flavors are unique and unmatched anywhere. Portion sizes are enough for 2, plus a take-home bag. Service is excellent. Wine list is very good. Wish we could order for deliver to the East Coast.
