My daughter waited for over 20 minutes on Saturday to eat at this restaurant because we like the food. While waiting we heard in a very loud voice from a woman server who yelled at another server "SHUT YOUR MOUTH". Of course everyone got quiet because we wanted to see who this woman was yelling at. We got seated and our server who was trying very hard to keep up because it was very busy. She got our order and we noticed there wasn't a straw in our wrapped packet, we tried to stop the woman who yelled
Earlier and she clapped her hands very aggressively and said sharply ill get your server. After a couple minutes we got our servers attention and kindly got our straw, I asked who the arrogant mexican woman was, she said another server and part time manager. I was shocked, because this rude little over weight mexican was treating this server so mean that she was almost in tears. We told her she was doing a good job and stay positive. Your server/part time manager should of been fired right then for not only her loud , rudness demeaning other servers, but clapping at customers! I certainly won't be going back. I will be contacting IHOP corporate over this woman.
