The Pho and egg rolls here are incredibly delicious and consistently fresh, with a large, varied menu that offers authentic flavors and generous portions. The family-run restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick service, making it my favorite Vietnamese dining experience whenever I'm in Wichita.

The pho at Saigon was absolutely delicious, served piping hot with fresh ingredients that left me craving more. The spring rolls complemented the meal perfectly, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the crab Rangoon as well. Despite the charmingly casual atmosphere, the attentive staff made the experience feel special, ensuring I would return whenever I'm back in Wichita.

Always great food in large portions served hot and fresh. Happy they are open on Christmas as celebrated with family early and this is a real treat for me.
