Very fresh ingredients and huge servings. The taste is on par with any I have had from NYC, to LA. I have been to many of what is called Chinese Food here in Wichita over the last 40 years, and I haven't found one now open that can compare. If you are hungry with an authentic taste, the Hong Kong Restaurant is where you need to go.
