I used to frequent this diner regularly following my doctor visits, and one day, to my disappointment, I found it closed. I truly miss the delicious food, the friendly staff, and the welcoming atmosphere that always made me feel at home. Toc's may not have the most modern interior, but their simple yet tasty menu sets them apart from larger chains like Denny's, offering a more personalized dining experience that never fails to satisfy.
