The food is consistently warm and ready quickly, with special requests always taken into account. I appreciate the reliability of our weekly deliveries, which arrive promptly despite the fifteen-minute distance. While some dishes may be slightly greasy, the flavors remain enjoyable and familiar, making China King a dependable choice for our takeout needs.

I work very close to your establishment and frequent your location quite a bit for my lunch period. Today, I mistakenly ordered shrimp instead of chicken wings from your website. I was fine with this mistake as it was my own; but upon opening my bag, and lifting up the garlic sauce I requested, it poured out of the bottom of the container it melted through all over the bag and myself BURNING MY HAND. Not to mention, it also melted through the container underneath it. I called to report the incident and to my amazement, no empathy was shown all the woman said was "What do you want me to do???". After this, I STILL attempted to eat the food as I had no time to reorder because my lunch is only 30 minutes. To find the shrimp was mushy in the middle, and the rice was mushy as well. This is unacceptable on any level. No matter how much I pay, I expect quality food AND customer service. I will no longer be referring my friends to eat here. There are too many other options for great Chinese food, who also treat their customers decently.

I honestly don't complain about service, but this was a bit ridiculous. I placed an order (even added extra to the order like the lady asked), and waited over fifty minutes for it to arrive. When it did, even though the man clearly had money in his hand, he took my change. It was $11.47 and I gave him twelve. I TOLD him what I was giving him, yet he took it anyway.
I really didn't appreciate it. When a pizza (which I'm sure takes more time then a small helping of chicken to make) takes more than thirty minutes to arrive, it's free.
It doesn't cost you EXTRA.
I'm sorry, but I'm rather dissatisfied. Just don't get delivery.

Got our order wrong and they were rude about it and it took them forever to fix it. Then they tried to make me pay the difference for their mistake.

Their Beef fried Wontons are my favorite. But the lady answering the phone is very rude. But when I order delevery it is alway there in 20 minutes max.

Food would be very good if the delivery driver didn't always take forever. The lady who answers the phone always has an attitude! I'm giving you business!

they lady who answered the phone to take our order was lipy, snarky, and very rude by the fact she doesn't listen also she was smacking gum (and that's annoying)
