The brisket stuffed potatoes are fantastic, and I really enjoy the brisket overall. My favorite has to be the smoke stack sandwich, while my wife loves the chopped brisket. I've had great experiences here, especially with the ribs and shredded chicken, and the service is always quick and friendly.

The barbecue at Hog Wild Pit Bar-B-Q in Wichita is a must-try, especially the ribs.

WARNING! FOOD POISONING! Do not eat at this establishment unless you like vomiting for hours upon end afterwords. My girlfriend and I went to eat there last night Feb. 22, 2010 at around 7:00 pm. It is now 10:53 am on Feb. 23, and she is still throwing up and dry heaving. She had a beef brisket and pulled pork dinner. I've filed a complaint with the Kansas Department of Agriculture.

No prior inspections of this establishment are on file. There are inspections for the Rock Road and West Street locations only. Here is a link to both of those:

The inspections of these two locations clearly show critical violations. My hope is that my complaint will prompt an inspection by the Department of Agriculture. If anyone else has fallen ill after eating at this restaurant, please file a complaint at:
