I used to love coming to Taco bell and seeing the smiling co-workers. Anytime I go know, there an older lady their who is very good and ungrateful. The past couple months or even more I've been in there she is yelling at her co-workers. She is blaming them for he mistakes. She is very rude and doesn't have people skills one bit. I've never felt so bad for those co-workers. It's so much nicer and smooth going without her there. I've been there when she is screaming at her co-workers and her slamming her door and acting like a 5 year old. I'm surprised that everyone doesn't walk out on her, because I surely would. Also she was yelling at people that someone didn't make the food right while she was handing out the wrong order, my order is neer right when she hands me it. Another time she will yell at her co-workers with other customers standing there and not even say anything to them. I've never heard anything nice come out of that lady's mouth. They need to get rid of her, and have someone knew take over, or she will loose everyone! I will tell everyone not to go there until things change. I'm so very upset with this Taco Bell, things better change.
