The Mexican restaurant in Parsons serves the most delicious food I've ever tasted, with flavors that transport me back to Mexico. The friendly and efficient staff make dining here a delightful experience, whether I'm enjoying a quick meal to-go or savoring the ambiance of the cozy dining area.

Two of us ate there yesterday 9-11-21. We ordered Monterrey's. They were terrible. Asked waitress if these were really Monterrey's. She said yes. It had 3 items on the plate. One had potatoes and very greasy hamburger, one was rice and the other was a very small bowl shell with chicken and beef. Neither of us could eat it. Told waitress it wasn't good. She didn't care. I came home and ate pbj sandwich.
