I have used Cathy Caters several times and love...love...love her white chocolate mousse cake.
Our whole family loves this cake too.
It is "shut the front door" yummy.

I used Cathy for my wedding reception in 2001. We handled all arrangements by phone so never had a face to face with her - but that was OK with me. The food was good, the cake was excellent. Cathy did not serve at the reception but her employees were nice enough, not very chatty though.

DO NOT USE THIS CATERER!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! We had an appointment to meet with her for a consultation but she was so busy hanging Christmas decorations that day that she forgot about our appointment. RIDICULOUS! She had absolutely nothing prepared and was a huge waste of our time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
