Walking into Jim's Steakhouse is like stepping back in time to the late 70's or early 80's, with its nostalgic interior charm. Despite the slightly outdated decor, the beef tips are a standout favorite among the menu offerings. The service may be a bit slow, but given the current circumstances, it's understandable and doesn't detract from the overall experience of enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal with a rich history at Jim's.

Have went to this restaurant for years and have absolutely no complaints about the food...it's always delicious. With that said, recently the service has went from great to terrible. Arrived at 4:30 and was immediately seated. People who were seated at the same time received their drinks, salads and meals and our waitress still hadn't even taken our order. Finally, when we were ready to pay, the girl at the register was nowhere to be found. About 9 people were in line and also very unhappy about the lack of service. Not sure what the problem is since the waitress was also the restaurant owner. Won't go back for a while.

Friends took us there for my Husbands Bday.
They told us the flash to the past decor made this place as authentic as the food was amazing!!! They were right!
Loved the family friendly feel but that hamburger I ordered....THE BEST EVER!! Hands down!! My husband loved his tips and the onion rings are calling me back!!!
I'm counting down the days until I go back!!
It's just that good! Worth the drive!! Worth every penny!!

Food is great, atmosphere is not. You feel like you are in a cafeteria. Needs a remodel on interior, no remodel on their food.

I think Jim's steak house is the best restaurant EVER! and i'm only 5 years old!
