Good food ..."Lady" that answers the phone is a pain.

A Literal Disaster!
We were craving seafood and thinking Bristol's, however, made the huge mistake giving Bonefish another chance. What happened to this place? As a professional courtesy, we reported our poor dinner experience to their manager Maureen since it has been a reoccurring issue during business and family outings. Unfortunately, the Bonefish struggles so much with understanding performance issues, they completely neglect their customer experience strategy. Looking back, I would confidently say no effort was ever made to correct the current or past dining experiences.
After participating in the manager's questionnaire and noting the staff failed to (1) manage guest seating, (2) accurately enter the food order, (3) prepare the food properly, (4) follow food safety standards, (5) identify service errors and address during the dining experience, (6) apply corrective action, we never heard back from her. Confused and disappointed, we shared our experience with Bloomin' Brands COO Greg Scarlett and Vice President Cathie Koch, but once again - no reply.
As a result, we felt used and that our business was no longer welcome. It's difficult to walk away under these circumstances, however, Bonefish's service and food quality have drastically deteriorated. Consequently, we have no other choice but to align with other restaurants.
The Bonefish was once a nice concept, one we sincerely hope they can resurrect from the grave.
