I haven't been to Salty Iguana in about 4 years and tried the Prairie Village Burrito at their new location. The margaritas were good, but the Iguana dip was lukewarm, and my girlfriend found her Spinach Enchilada and Tinga Taco a bit plain. Despite this, the friendly service and inviting atmosphere make me consider giving it another chance in the future.
