Waiters and waitresses actually ignore, overlook and treat entering customers as though they don't exist; waiters take too much time to even take a drink order after customers are seated. Prime Rib Blueplate Special was out, ordered grilled chicken instead- it was was lightly grilled with absolutely no seasoning; it was awful. Service is awful; training on good customer service is needed. All of this happened when a manager wit long hair and three other employers sat in the center of the restaurant socializing with each other.
