While hiking in the area, I stopped at Aspen Perk and was impressed by the extensive breakfast menu featuring generous portions and vibrant local flavors, including a standout green chili with a spicy kick. The cozy mountain town atmosphere, friendly and attentive service from Kat and Travis, and excellent coffee made for a memorable meal that truly brightened my day.

I discovered this local bar and grill while hiking in the area and decided to stop for breakfast. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, and the serving sizes exceeded my expectations. The green chili had a nice kick to it, and the service from Kat and Travis was exceptional.
