Fowler's Chocolate, located in Hamburg next to Hoelscher's Meat, offers a variety of chocolates including dark and milk chocolate sponge candy, which I found especially enjoyable. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and quaint, and while the selection is extensive, the sponge candy is definitely worth trying when in the area.
