The food and service at Zuppas are absolutely wonderful. During the lunch rush, I was able to enjoy a delicious veggie panini and shrimp and corn chowder that were both superb. The atmosphere is perfect for a satisfying meal, with a great variety of options and high-quality dishes that are sure to leave you impressed.

Ordered their version of a Cobb Salad. The turkey was indistinguishable from the ham. The cheese was too bland. No dressing was delivered with the salad and I had to ask for blue-cheese dressing. The lettuce had been pre-dressed in I don't know what.
It wasn't anything close to what a Cobb Salad is supposed to be. It was other-worldly.
When I brought my dissatisfaction to the attention to the several cooks' behind the counter, not one tried to apologize or compensate me or mollify me. They simply stood there and stone-walled.
We're never going back there. Not just because of the food, but because of the lack of that stone-walling.
PS: the dining room is very small and uncomfortable.
