Bell's offers a variety of Southern-style dishes, including exceptional fried chicken, chicken livers, burgers, and homemade sides like fried okra and mashed potatoes. The service is friendly and prompt, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. While the building is older and restrooms are located outside, the flavorful food and welcoming atmosphere make it a popular choice in Toccoa.

I love this place, it's down home feel and great prices are the reason we moved to this little town. It's a fresh breathe of air in a world that has gone crazy with over pricing. But at Bells , I ate till I was full including a dessert for about 10 bucks. The desserts are awesome as well. 3 bucks each avg or less. These folks are awesome,

If you're craving delicious Southern cuisine with a touch of Southern hospitality, I highly recommend trying Bell's. I've been a loyal patron for over 50 years and have always been pleased with their consistently tasty meals and friendly service.
