The meals here are fantastic, featuring dishes like stewed chicken, oxtail, and curried goat, all served with rice, beans, and delicious sides. I've enjoyed everything from the tender oxtails to the flavorful jerk chicken, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It's a cozy spot for takeout, and I appreciate the variety, especially the Jamaican beef patties and desserts-definitely looking forward to my next visit!

have had food before. food is good. Went by hours posted on the internet. 1100 am on Monday. Had a large lunch order to place. Drove 30 minutes to get food. Upon getting there they were closed. Sign in window says 1100 am open. We were there at 1130 am. No activitie in restaurant.. Had to get popeyes chicken instead. Assumed they were closed!!!!! What else would you think. Every one disappointed. Not returning ever again. Called at 1230 pm to see if I could leave a message on their massage machine. Someone answered. A woman. I explained I was there at 1130 am. She impolititly said we don't open till 1200 pm. I said the internet and your sing in the window says 1100 am. she said in a nasty tone we don't open tll 1200 noon. she then hung upon me !!!!!!!!!!!!!! big mistake. Then I called back and she hung up again. Bigger mistake. I called again and she finally had to talk to me again and said Ihung up on her. All of a sudden Mario himself is on the phone. He was truly a business person. Appologised. It didn't make up for no food. He admitted he was running late, which explained the island time. He said he would talk to his staff about what they did. Don't see that happening. Probably family. So sorry for Mario. They are chaseing business away. Well I live close to Newburgh will have to settle on food there. Not going out of my way ever again.
