This restaurant consistently delivers authentic Cantonese cuisine with flavors that remind me of the best dim sum experiences from San Francisco, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. The seafood dishes, especially the stir fry in XO sauce and the lobster with ginger and scallion, stand out for their freshness and wok hay flavor, while the service is friendly and knowledgeable. Although the ambiance is traditional and could use some updates, the quality and variety of dishes make every visit worthwhile, and I'm always eager to return despite the long drive.
