I used to have mixed feelings about Kong Wah due to service issues and my initial dislike for some of their bakery items. Over time, I discovered that their steamed rice rolls and mooncakes were actually local favorites long before they gained widespread popularity. Despite my initial reservations, I found their variety of fillings and the freshness of their products to be impressive. While there have been changes in management, I'm glad Kong Wah Bakery has found new life under the Golden Steamer chain, adding to the vibrancy of the local food scene.
