I can't find another breakfast spot that hits the mark like Otto's Empire does every time - it's worth the drive from New River for our Sunday breakfast fix. Unlike other places where the food and service can be hit or miss, Otto's consistently delivers delicious homemade biscuits and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back for more.

Didn't even get to try the food, the staff is rude and very unhelpful. My aunt called in trying to place an order and find out about the menu and was hung up on. They don't care about the customers, and don't take the time to help an elderly person.
Would not recommend going to a place that treats people the way this place does.
