In 1964, I had the privilege of working alongside Dick and Dave Ethridge at the Dog House trailer. The atmosphere was lively with Mike Mitchell joining the team later on. Dick's commitment to quality and service shone through in the delicious offerings like Polish Sausage, Tamales, and Chili. The dedication of the staff, along with the efficient order system, ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
