On the Saturday before Christmas 2023, my father and I visited Nevada City Classic Cafe in California for breakfast and last-minute gift shopping, where we were impressed by the charming local diner ambiance, attentive service, and delicious bacon breakfast burrito, signaling a return visit in the future for their famed crispy curly fries.
