I have been a regular for the past few years until recently. My husband, myself and friends recently noticed the poor service. Very disappointing!! We always have to chase the server down for anything additional we would like from the menu, bar, and even the ticket! In addition, bar prices went up, and servers and/or managment did not inform us of this change. When approached, the manager was argumentative, and told me she doesn't have to inform us of the price change, and we can just leave if we have a problem. As a regular customer, it is only right to let your regulars know prices went up, and the disrespect that was shown to loyal customers is sad.
