Feel free to share the crap out of this! Bobo's Chinese restaurant is the worst place to eat EVER! Our food was freezing. The rice noodles tasted like they were tossed in ice water. Seriously! Didn't even have egg rolls on the buffet at 6pm! I only risked it because it was at dinner time. Lesson learned! I tried to ask our poor sweet server if they were going to put any fresh food out, and she didn't understand a word! I sat and stewed for a while refusing to eat the crap when a "supervisor" I suppose came and asked if something was wrong. I told her very quietly that the food was cold, and she interrupted me to say "you the only one who complain. Look all these people (8 maybe) you the only who not happy" Um no, no one at my table of 5 was happy. So I pointed at the rice noodles and started to tell her they were ice cold, and she interrupted me (again) to say oh theres two pans. Thats why its cold. Ok so I'm eating freezing cold cross contaminated food!? So I went to the cash register to speak to a "boy" in street clothes and tell him I want to pay for my childrens food (they could actually eat it) and our drinks. He said no, I can't do that. I told him I maybe ate a half a plate. (enough to taste everything) and I didn't want to pay for it. He just kept saying well I cant do that. I said fine! I'll pay for it. But I'm going to let everyone know about the terrible cold food here. And that's what I'm doing. The one thing that is suppose to be served cold, the shrimp tasted fishy. i.e. food poisoning mania. The half a plate I ate got me nauseaus, and the only one who said they were sorry was the poor little non english speaking server! I will NEVER EVER eat there again! If you're thinking about it I would seriously discourage it! Jerks! No customer service at all! And really terrible unsafe food! Oh and half the lights on the ceiling were burned out, and the ice cream was freezer burnt. And it cost me $30 bucks for food I didn't eat! Rediculous!
