This family-owned restaurant in Guthrie, KY offers delicious breakfast sandwiches and a tasty club salad, along with friendly and efficient service. The homemade pies are a must-try and the prices are fair for the quality of food you receive. The retro American Cafe provides a welcoming atmosphere, personal attention, and generous portions like the Black and Blue Berger with a side of perfectly cooked fries. The homemade chocolate chess pie is particularly outstanding and worth a visit for anyone passing through or local to the area.

This is the REAL America - Sweet, family oriented and delightful. Go there and remember what it was like when things were simple and authentic.
