I ordered a basket of onion rings and traditional wings to go, as I always do. The onion rings were barely a regular order if that. I called and spoke to General Manager, DREW BRUNER in OWENSBORO, KY. This man had the audacity to argue with me and said he weighed and approved my order and he is sorry that I don’t like their food! Basically called me a liar over some onion rings! I asked for contact info for his manager (call me Karen), then he offered to mail me a coupon LOL. So unprofessional it was unreal. Terrible customer service.

My friends told me it would be delish so I went with my boyfriends tim hicks and brad bean the service was horrible and the food was gross and had flies and fecal matter on it. NASTY -SS FOOD PUT ME IN A NASTY -SS MOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
