The catfish dinner I had was absolutely delicious, featuring six large pieces with a flavorful batter, accompanied by the best cole slaw and perfectly crisp crinkle fries. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff who make you feel like family, and the menu offers hearty portions of fresh, comforting country-style food that keeps me coming back every time.

Had the catfish dinner last night, it was excellent. There were 6 pieces and were large size, good tasting batter, Cole slaw is the best and love the crinkle fries. My wife's Chef salad was very good, fresh and large size. Seemed like they used local produce as it was that fresh. A lot of amazing and great things to say about farmboy! Great food and even better workers!!! You won't be disappointed in this great joint!

Ordered three meals and they could have been better for sure. French fries were cold and hard, fried potatoes tasted stale, philly sandwich was mainly bread and chicken salad was all lettuce. Farmboy is not what it used to be.

Called on Friday for fish and ask the girl who took the call and my order if they were having "all you can eat fish" she said "yes" so I ask her if we order the fish to go would they put plenty on it? She explained they could not. So I ask her what the fish meals would be then and she said there was a small and large for $4 and $6 so we ordered 2 of the large size.
My friend Nancy went to get the meals and we really liked the fish!
But after hearing that the 2 meals were over $20 bc the price of the large was $8.99 I could not give 5 stars bc of the confusing way we were given information that in no way was anywhere near what I was told.
And I called about an hour before closing and the young man I spoke to immediately said that what we were told was not the truth!
Great fish, not sure about the service!

I grew up in Morgantown, this restaurant is hit and miss. Two weeks ago I got the double cheeseburger and fries, they were great. Four days ago I got the same thing, the burger looked like someone had sat on the burger and the fries were Very undercooked, practically cold.

A bunch of us Embry's that have scattered all over the country came to Morgantown to bury an Uncle. Another of my Uncle's, this one from Chicago, drove to Farm Boy, stopped and looked,then to a competitor down the road, stopped and looked, then returned to Farm Boy. I was in a trailing car, so I have no idea what factors drove his decision, but we had one of the best breakfast in a long time Farm Boy. It was the special, 2 eggs as you like, 2 biscuits, choice of gravy, and a big slice of country ham. I had this and juice for under $6. It was great, plus I got to see the town where my dad and his siblings grew up. Too bad it was for a funeral.

Ordered the A-1 Steak Burger; it was one of the best burgers I have ever had!!!. Service was great. Didn't even look at the menu. Daily specials were on a board for all to see.
