I'm a person who never complains at a restaurant. I'll even leave a tip when the meal isn't up to par.I have never been screamed at just for getting up to get a menu,I was told if i was in a hurry go somewhere else.instead of slapping the f. K and going to jail I left

Mother's day dinner Total Screw up!!! EVERYTHING we asked NOT to be on Fajita was on it!!! Had to drive all the way back for another meal... Wont be going back anytime soon

I have been to Ponchos several times. Everyone is ALWAYS nice,the food is AWESOME. Clean and family friendly.

Had the Pollo Pancho delivered, chicken and shrimp with cheese sauce. They totally forgot to put on the cheese sauce. 🙄 The chicken was tender, shrimp was good.
