needs improvement.

I have eaten at many KFC's in my lifetime, and never been disappointed, but something needs to be done at Leitchfield's KFC. I was there for 30 minutes and not once did I see them fill any pans on the buffet. I asked for a piece of chicken 3 different times and they knew it was empty, and still let me stand there and wait. Not once did they ever fill up the chicken and dumplings pan. It was empty when I got there and empty when I left. None of the staff ever smiled the entire time I was there. I couldn't believe my own eyes!
