The catfish here comes in a generous all-you-can-eat portion of small, lightly breaded filets that are well-seasoned, and it's definitely the highlight of the menu along with their hush puppies and coleslaw. The service is friendly and attentive, even though you seat yourself and there's no cell reception, which adds to its down-to-earth, homey vibe. Just remember to bring cash because they don't take cards, and be prepared for a busy weekend since seating can be limited then.

The fish here used to be better, now it's a bit rubbery when reheated. They could use more seating on weekends, but the staff and owners are really nice. Also, make sure to bring cash for the $12 all-you-can-eat catfish with sides.

If you like catfish then you will love harpers catfish in scottsville, Ky. I have driven 70 miles to get this food. And people come from Virginia,Indiana, and I have even seen a Texas license plate in the lot. This is the best seasoned and perfectly cooked catfish in my opinion in the country and you get more food for your money than anywhere. With an all you can eat plate at just $8.99 you have to get their cole slaw also it's amazing and complements the fish perfectly. Bon appetit...give them a try you will return I promise.....

Drove up there from Nashville TN on Friday Dec 30. Checked their opening hours on website and said open. They were closed. Saw several cars come in and leave

The best place to eat fish!!!!
The prices are great and the service is outstanding!
If you have never eat at Harper's then you have missed out on what great catfish, baked potatoes, and coleslaw is suppose to taste like!!!
One visit and your hooked.

We love going to harpers they have the best fish and coleslaw that you can get anywhere, it is all you can do to eat everything on your plate the service is excellent we have recommended to all of our friends and family and they all love it
