Worst service ever!!!! 30 minutes just to get a drink

Usually every time I go have a good experience the service is fast and employees are nice and the food it great. However today I had my first bad experience first I couldn't hear over the because of the static and cracking, I waited 15 minutes only to receive cold food. Two people who were there just as long as me didn't even wait for their orders they just left had would I if I hadn't already payed for my food. I will go back because I know everyone has a slow or bad day but they better get it together before they lose more customers.
