Please open back up! Taco Tico beats any other fast food restaurant!

My son and daughter drove me from Anderson, Indiana to Taco Tico in Louisville for Fathers Day. We have been there several times over the course of many years. We order 16 Taco Burgers, several beef Enchiladas 4 bean and cheese burritos 4 bags of cinniman criisps and three soft drinks. when we got to the window, the girl that waited on us was very smart alecky and had a bad attitude. She said there were no tomatoes preppedbut they would cut some up if we would wait. My son asked if they would cut us a break since we had driven so far. She said no, that they would cut up some tomatoes if we would wait.
Some of the enchilados were not heated and the cheese was still cold. we sent them back to get reheated. The girl said they had been heated before. I was not happy and the food was just barely okay. I think I will go to Taco Bell instead from now on. Driving 160 + miles to get that kind of service is a terrible way to spend Fathers day or any other day. My past experience at this resturant had always been fun and pleasurable so we did not mind the long drive. This time was a miserable experience and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff we dealt with was rude and did not care about the customers. I think Taco Tico in Louisville is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. The bill was $86.51, but the cost was minable compared to the bad fellings generated by an in considerate service crew.

Went right before closing. Bought 3 soft tacos, they were nearly hot . Bought a combo burrito that had 90%beans and a tablespoon of beef and was like warm. Very unsatisfied.
